I live in Encinitas, CA, with my husband, Wade, three rescue cats, and volunteer at my local shelter.
I was raised in Kansas and have a Master’s Degree in Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 1997 and was a yoga studio owner in Kansas City, MO for 16 years.
I’ve been vegan since 2002, and host a vegan cooking channel on YouTube. I’m a passionate advocate for all animals!
